Vodafone is a British Multinational Telecom company founded in 1991. Vodafone has been ranked among the top five in terms of revenues and in number of connections amongst the operators globally. With the revenue of more than $50 Bn, it owns and operates networks in more than 20 countries.

In any business, there are several companies & brands which compete with each other by offering similar products & services.

4. Orange:

Orange is large multinational telecommunications company. It is a French company with operations in more than 20 countries mainly in Europe and Africa. It had a revenue of more than 40 billion euros annually and it serves more than 250 million customers worldwide with 150,000+ employees.

5. Airtel:

Airtel is an Indian based global telecom service company with headquarter at New Delhi, India. Bharti Airtel was founded by Sunil Bharti Mittal in the year 1995. Initially Bharti Cellular Limited started providing services from Delhi when under the brand name ‘Airtel’ and gradually this brand has grown to be the largest mobile network provider in India and fourth largest network provider globally in terms of subscriber base.

6. Reliance Jio:

Jio is an LTE mobile network operator in the Indian subcontinent. It is a subsidiary of The Reliance Industries owned by Mr Mukesh Ambani. It is a network that provides 4G & 5G services in India and it is the only operator in the country to provide VoLTE or Voice over LTE over the entire telecom circles which are 22 in number of India.

7. Tata Communications:

A leading telecommunications provider which serves the data, voice, carrier and service needs of consumers and enterprises all over the world, Tata Communications, which was earlier known as Videsh Sanchar Nigam in 2002, it is the world’s leading voice operator internationally in the wholesale segment and also the biggest long distance communications provider in India along with internet services as well as enterprise data. Globally with a turn around ratio of 1 in10 calls, Tata Communications is the largest voice carrier for wholesale provider carrying 53 billion voice minutes internationally. Close to 70% telecommunications companies use the networks provided by Tata Communications.

8. BT Group:

British telecommunication Plc which is under BT group Plc is a multinational firm that provides telecommunication services. It’s headquarter is London, United Kingdom. It was founded in the year 1969 and has expanded its goods and services worldwide.
