What is One-To-One Marketing?

One to one marketing also known as personalized marketing. This form of marketing is a customer relationship management strategy that emphasizes personalized interactions directly with customers and is a form of direct promotion. The one to one marketing involves the representative listening to customer requirements and then proposing services or goods that meets those requirements.


Don Peppers and Martha Rogers outlined a four step framework that can be adapted to CRM marketing for one to one marketing

 

Examples

Aston Martin engages in one to one marketing with its select group of customers. A career counseling centre would suggest various career options to a student based on the interactions with them and then offer various colleges where they can possibly pursue their degree with which they have partnerships so that the cost of the overall program will be much cheaper
